Barbara Boxer's contraceptive plan doesn't go far enough

From the San Francisco Chronicle:

Sen. Barbara Boxer of California, citing reports that pharmacists have turned away women seeking birth control pills, has introduced legislation that she says would protect American women’s access to contraception.

If that doesn’t go through, the Boxer should have an emergency standby bill at the ready.

Far be it from me to ever actually want to help Barbara Boxer, but in the name of bipartisanship, I would propose the following contingency legislation. Pass a bill that would supply women who don’t want to get pregnant with federal funding to pay for cosmetic surgery to make them look like this:

Problem solved.
