Monday's column: "ConfirMania II" — Play-by-play announcement of the opening of Judge Alito's confirmation hearing
Filed Under Doug Powers | Leave a Comment
This is the day that Judge Samuel Alito sits in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee, while being considered for a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Alito will be taking swings at condescending questions thrown at him by people who aren’t as smart as he is– just like Judge John Roberts did.
Today’s column at WorldNetDaily isn’t really a column at all, but rather the transcript of the announcement of the start of the Alito proceedings.
This could be the Democrats last real chance to “get” Bush and the Republicans. The Tom DeLay fiasco has given them renewed hope for an embarrassment, and now it’s time for Dems to let it all hang out, and not just at Au Bar this time.
It’s Democrats vs. Republicans vs. Alito. Check out “ConfirMania II” for all the early play-by-play action. Let’s get ready to grumble!
