It's Official: The Ninth Circuit Court Has Now Been Overturned More Than Martha Stewart's Garden Soil

I’m befuddled as to why Arizona was recently found by some goofball study or other to be the dumbest state in the union, because they just did something quite intelligent, and are being allowed to do it… for the time being.

Arizona authorities wanted to enact a law that said that anybody who was voting in the state would have to provide a photo I.D. What jerks! Of course, this ticked off… well, probably anybody who wanted to screw with the election. Only in America will you see criminals taking their case to court. It’s akin to burglars suing store owners for putting locks on their doors.

Enter the Ninth Circuit Court, who will stand behind any bad idea, no matter what. The Ninth said Arizona couldn’t do that, but now the U.S. Supreme Court has overturned the Ninth and upheld the Arizona law. The ruling, however, only applies to the November 7th election. After that the courts will further circle-jerk on the issue.

Until all this old fashioned logic is once again driven into the dirt by idiotic courts, congratulations to Arizona on embracing common sense. Enjoy it while it lasts.
