Monday’s Column: The Kennedy Conundrum

Ted Kennedy recently opposed the nomination of Michael Mukasey for the position of Attorney General based largely on the fact that Mukasey refused to say whether or not he feels “waterboarding” is illegal.

The legality, or lack thereof, of the “advanced interrogation technique” aside, Ted Kennedy chastizing drownings, even simulated ones, never fails to amuse.
