You’ve probably heard by now that Michael Crichton died earlier in the week.
I can handle losing elections, but politicians come at us in three-deep waves day after day. Brilliant and rational minds come along far more rarely, and this one departed far too soon.
Though he was most famous for his books, which were wildly creative and entertaining, I enjoyed Chrichton mostly for his debunking of the “consensus science” that gives us religions like Al Gore’s global warming cult that is dedicated to the worship of your money.
