Why Sarkozy Was Laughing at Obama

I was looking through some pictures from the G20 Summit today, and as far as I know, this hasn’t been reported anywhere else — but in case President Obama was wondering why the President of France kept laughing at him, here’s the reason:
Very funny, Prime Minister Vejjajiva — you’ve done Thailand proud. Now can we please get back to business?
