The Coming Obama Court

NPR is reporting that Supreme Court Judge David Souter is retiring at the end of the term.

I won’t miss Souter, but it’s a bittersweet retirement, because he’ll no doubt be replaced by a wildly liberal activist judge, and there’s a comfy Dem majority to rubber-stamp whatever Obama wants to do. And the odds are that there will be at least one, probably two more Supreme Court vacancies in the next three years.

Nobody knows for sure who’s going to replace Souter, but I heard through the grapevine that William Ayers has an erection right now. So does Hillary. I have a feeling both will end up disappointed though.
