Bob Barker to the rescue!

A conservation group’s boat had its bow sheared off and was taking on water Wednesday after it was struck by a Japanese whaling ship in the frigid waters of Antarctica, the group said.

The boat’s six crew members were safely transferred to another of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society’s vessels, the newly commissioned Bob Barker. The boat is named for the American game show host who donated $5 million to buy it.

Bob Barker has long demonstrated an affinity for the larger of nature’s wonders:

He likes whales too.

Here’s a video of a Japanese whaling ship ramming something that looks like Batman’s boat — prepare to be hit up for more money, Bob:

  1. Is she capable on July 25th, 2010 9:10 pm

I say the comments on Fox, then watched both sides debate the issue to exhaustion. My question is. Does she have the qualification necessary for her post. I live in a rural town and I doubt seriously if she nows the difference between John Deere and Dear Abby. A person holding that much power over rural farms and no telling how many other programs should have a grasp of crop production, harvest yield, crop rotation, etc. IS SHE QUALIFIED FOR THAT JOB OR NOT???
