Obama Tied With Nobody in 2012 Race

Good news! A Republican, Nobody, is in a statistical dead heat with President Obama in the 2012 presidential election:

President Barack Obama only leads a generic Republican candidate by 2 percentage points in a potential 2012 match up, according to a new Gallup Poll out Thursday that also shows a continued drift of independents from Democrats.

Obama leads 44 percent to 42 percent, a statistical dead heat, against a nameless Republican, according to the survey of 1,025 adults nationwide.

Keep up the good work, Nobody! We’re pulling for you, which is easy, because you’re… Nobody.

President Obama, above right, debated Republican Nobody, above left, at Georgetown University Monday evening. According to a Pew poll, 61% of viewers thought Nobody won the debate. A recent Gallup poll found that over half the country would rather have Nobody as president than Obama.
