Still filling in a little for Michelle Malkin, but I ran across this hunk of video of Bush and Clinton in Haiti that provides an opportunity to play “You Make the Call.”

Did Bush wipe his hand on Clinton’s shirt on purpose after shaking somebody’s hand, or is he just kind of patting him on the back? If it’s the former, it’s about time somebody smeared something on Bubba’s shirt. Usually it’s vice-versa.

Sorry to say, it really looks like a wipe.

Oh yeah. It's a wipe. You'd think someone could remember to bring the germ x. Especially with Clinton around.

High temps this week in Haiti have been in the mid 90s… sweaty palms, from the folks in the crowd and our former POTUS, cannot be ruled out.

If Bush did wipe his hand on Slick Willy, truth be told, I'm not overly concerned. That's tame compared to Pres. Obama's televised nose-picking at the Blair House health care summit last month.
