One down, two to go:

BAGHDAD (AP) — One of three Navy SEALs charged with abusing an Iraqi prisoner has been acquitted by a military jury in Baghdad. Petty Officer Julio Huertas could have accepted a disciplinary reprimand, but insisted on a trial. The two other SEALs are still awaiting their days in court.

Hopefully this bodes well for the remaining two SEALs, but the travesty is that it’s happening in the first place.

Good on Huertas for insisting on a Court-Martial instead of capitulating to a BS charge.

Hooray for him! Of course, if we had a real commander-in chief, the whole thing would have been dropped long ago.

Ain't that the truth, dprosenthal. These charges are complete BS.

That is an serious case and should be treated with high priorities because involvement of navy seals looks like they have a deep roots in the navy also which needs to be cleared at any cost.
