Alvin Greene, US Senate candidate from South Carolina, won the Democrat primary in spite of not having any campaign website or advertisements of any kind.

As Byron York points out at the Examiner, Greene is now getting serious about the campaign, and a media blitz is underway as evidenced by this sign on US 521:

    Pure genius. A compelling appeal to the proletariat that can not be ignored – and everybody knows the lofty standards exemplified by the folks at Blue Bird Car Wash. They'll make you're '94 F150 pickup look and smell like new – for the price of a 12-pack of Busch Lite. (Cans of course)
