Oh, come on… there was no way the director could have known that sign was going to pop up, was there? Okay, maybe there was:

*****

Given his track record, I wouldn’t be surprised if Lauer asked for that final camera shot himself.

By whom I don`t know, but that was absolutely planned. The camera is outside on the sidewalk looking in after the interview is over, segueing to the commercial. That and other protest posters were probably plastered to the window the whole time; it`s a wonder Cheney could avoid the distraction !

The crowd was probably "e-gathered" well in advance !

Now what would be funny is if Chenney showed up for the interview in his hunter's garb. Watching the interviewer get nervous throughout the interview would be priceless…

Too funny! Right, saying "Have any of you seen my decoy?" while waving a Mossberg around.

We… really gotta' a better control on how, when and WHERE Conservatives are portrayed in the media. Simple as that. I'd load them up w/ a contract so thick they'd say "We just changed our minds?"

I'd have so many Terms & Conditions it would make their head swim. Start w/ doing the interview on the 44th Floor. Then of course they'd just have some out of work crop duster do a fly-by w/ a banner. Lauer was in on it, you could tell by the weak smile forming at the corners of his mouth. Seriously.

    Subtle as a popcorn fart.

Looks like about six people are protesting. Yeah, that's pretty much what I thought.

  6. Marshall_Will on August 30th, 2011 8:12 pm

    Jimbo,

How you BEEN man! Good to see ya'!

Yeah, now that you mention it? And the KID that put up the ( rather professionally pre-printed sign w/ boffo keeno graphics ) looked to about ELEVEN when Cheney was VP.

Lot of new faces ( along w/ some old ) Welcome one and all!

Or another fun thing to do would be to have a set of 3×5 cards. On one side of the card have their notes on the side facing the host (and camera) have little phrases pre-printed on them. Things like "can this host get more liberally biased" or "Gee, if this host had just asked President Obama these same kinds of questions would he ever been elected?"

Doug Powers still pines for Dick…

  9. Jack on August 30th, 2011 9:34 pm

    Still pining for Dick, huh?

I wouldn't watch NBC even if they were going to show TheLiberalMedia while on his knees in front of Obumblers getting kicked in the chin…. well maybe…

  11. Doug on August 30th, 2011 11:27 pm

Wasn't funny, not even the second time, but at least we know what's on your mind, sunshine.

  12. Doug on August 30th, 2011 11:28 pm

Except for TLM's participation and the kicking you pretty much described the average Brian Williams interview with The One.

  13. OK_Loyalist on August 30th, 2011 11:36 pm

    LOL

I have visions of Matt Lauer being tortured by Dick Cheney,–What does that mean?

Dick: "Is it safe?" "Is it …safe?" "What happened to your hair? "

  15. Marshall_Will on August 31st, 2011 12:40 pm

    Truesoldier,

Right on! Like Wayne Campbell w/ their sponsor, Noah's Arcade!

    Torture is a crime.

Except if it is against taxpayers. And conservatives. And pro-lifers. And anyone else who disagrees with a Marxist.
