Here’s Maxine Waters at a townhall event in Los Angeles. The “ganstas” she’s referring to are bankers, not her leftist colleagues in the House:

“Bring the gangstas in, put them around the table and let them know that if they don’t come up with loan modifications and keep people in their homes, that they’ve worked so hard for, we’re gonna tax them out of business!”

Yeah, that will help people get loans!

Er, except those banks to which Maxine and her husband have personal financial ties, of course.

Because taxing companies out of business creates jobs, or something.
Can we have a Constitutional Amendment that stipulates that to be eligible to serve in Congress your IQ must exceed your shoe size? Please.

"IQ must exceed your shoe size? Please. "

There's been an error. They have been going by head size.

I think it's wonderful! Getting rid of banks means we won't have any more of those awful job-killing ATMs on the loose. It's about time somebody actually did something about it. All Obama is going to do is talk about it.

/Do I even need the sarc tag?

Because taxing a bank to death will encourage them to issue more loans, particularly to those applicants who might not make the payments.

    Right. Sure. /facepalm

And we have Nasty Pelosi making comments about how Republicans blocked an increase in the minimum wage laws for years because they wanted to "line the pockets of their fat banker friends". These low wages forced people to run up debt on their credit cards and take out home equity loans to live day to day until the Democraps saved them with an increase in the minimum wage. Got that – okay.

My kids got paid minimum wage of $5.25 an hour for their part time/after school/college spare money jobs. They didn't run up any credit card debt and I don't believe they went behind my back and applied for a home equity loan to pay their bills even after they got out of college. I don't know how you get a home equity loan/line of credit if you don't own a home?

Liberalism can now be added to a list of mental disorders after making comments like that. Did anyone else hear her comments on Rush's show yesterday? I damn near ran off the road!!!

Maxine as a representative of her constituents is a genius among them … for the IQ of the folks in her district hovers just below room temp.

Room temperature in a poorly insulated North Dakota house… in wintertime… with a broken furnace…

There are limits to intelligence, but no limit to stupidity ! Expect new levels of moonbattery from Mad Max ! Late nite comedy shows should never be out of material; nor should our host !
