President Obama delivered remarks at the 19th annual Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation leader’s summit in Honolulu, Hawaii. Repeat: The summit is in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Either global warming has risen the sea level to such a degree that the Hawaiian Islands have floated far, far to the west, or Obama used an executive order to have the state moved piece by piece as a job creation measure.
“Here in Asia…”
Now, if Hawaii is in Asia, does that mean Obama’s only visited 56 states?
Usually the White House is right on top of their geography.
As for Obama’s placement of Hawaii, I think the islands are part of the Oceania region between Asia and North America, so it isn’t part of either continent. Somebody please inform TOTUS for future reference.
