So many people weeping, so few actual tears on faces — unless you count Jimmy Carter of course.

The video doesn’t show it, but the “cry or die” sign was obviously lit for Dear Leader’s funeral procession:

I've waited a long time for something to wipe that grin off Carter's face.

What! No pavement slapping? Lead car in the procession.., anybody make that out? Looks like a 1978 Lincoln ( don't those people know how to make cars? )

I'd be crying too, looks to be about 9 below. No gloves and even though many had hoods, they weren't allowed to use them. Sometimes it helps if you can bite down on your tongue to produce actual tears. Just trying to help!

"…don't those people know how to make cars?"

Illegal, as that would be a Capitalistic endeavor. Although, as I understand they do make particularly nasty nukes.

The criers get the front rows, the largest food rations, best jobs, best flats in the best locations around town. One can tell by looking close these are not laborers.

I noticed those too ! They have to import their luxury cars from the US or Russia, they can`t make one that will carry more than four passengers AND a 12' x 16' billboard !

I also noticed, the non-military mourners were relatively well fed, not starved and boney as you`d expect them to be if reports of their bark and grass-clippings diet are accurate !

Probably get front row seats to all the peasant farmer executions too.

Just how different is that from HERE in the good old US of A? Our state workers GET the best pensions. The best medical plans in retirement ( I mean they're Exempt from ObamaCare aren't most of them? )

And you'll get the same "Careful what you say!" warnings and defenses of the status quo from their US counterparts.

You can only imagine how goofy the footage will be from Cuba when Castro finally goes.

The Hollywierdos will lose their freaking minds with grief.

George Carlin might actually be funny again after that ! With all that great mat`l, he could get his edge back !

That would be quite a resurrection. He died in June 2008.

I see the UN is weeping as well:

The flag of the United Nations flew at half-mast Wednesday at the world's body headquarters in New York and its Geneva offices to mark the funeral for late North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il.

Or Hugo Chavez for that matter. Especially after Hugo's latest conspiracy theory:

A day after officials announced the cancer diagnosis of Argentina's president, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez wondered Wednesday if the United States could be infecting the region's leaders with the illness.

I know the feeling. I'm still waiting to hear the State of the Union address from President Dewey.

The AP appears to have done everything in their power to get the jump on things. The voters and Truman just didn`t like their maneuvering !

    Can`t blame the procrastinators for this`n !

You know Oblameless couldn`t be behind any deliberate infection of world leaders with an ilness; that would require real decisiveness AND strong "male" dangly parts !
