Campaigning for Romney in South Carolina, John McCain still has Hope & Change on the brain:

McCain drew chuckles from the audience with a slip of the tongue near the close of his speech. “And so I am confident with the leadership and backing of the American people, President Obama will turn this country around,” he said, inadvertently referring to the Democratic incumbent before repeatedly correcting himself with a grimace.

If a video of that line exists, it might be coming to a “Re-Elect Obama” ad near you.

If anyone needs another reason NOT to support Romney, here it is !

The left wanted and got McCain, and he lost. Now the left and McCain want Romney …… I don`t think we can afford to have Romney as our candidate !

At least the left isn`t calling the Mittster, "All Mavericky" ! ……. For what that`s worth !

“…President Obama will turn this country around,”

    …and that’s exactly what he’s done.
…and it took him less than three years to do it and then flush the toilet.

“And so I am confident with the leadership and backing of the American people, President Obama will turn this country around,”

It's waaay past time for ole John to get off the stage…….thanks for your service Mr. McCain…….bye, bye….please, take your daughter with you.

    On a much brighter note….

Sarah Palin will give the keynote speech at CPAC Feb. 11.
Nobody can energize and motivate the Conservative base like Palin.
And, the base really needs a push right now to overcome the elitist pre-ordination of Romney as our new King.
I have a feeling she is going to eviscerate lil Barry…
… This should be great! ;-))

That IS a brighter note ! We need some positive motivation !

    Thanks patti GeL ! ;-)

    Make that + 2

With a 'grimace'? How about an EXIT!

As a guitar player I can tell you, there's mistakes you can just gloss over. No one knows you made them except you. Then there's the ones you have to do -twice- to cover your tracks by making it come off as 'intentional'.

The list goes on but there's an inescapable level where you have to RIP the strings off the guitar, have it burned and tie it to your back bumper on the ride home never to be played again! This was one of them John.

McCain is way passed due at the glue factory.

  10. Truesoldier on January 6th, 2012 6:26 pm

Why doesn't McCain just switch parties already and get it over with.

  11. backwoodsconsr on January 6th, 2012 6:38 pm

And take Lindsey Graham with him.

    Hey, I just calls `em as I sees `em !

Thank you for espousing my exact thoughts and how about taking a few more Rinos while he is at it.
