Mexico President Praises Obama’s ‘Courage’ on Suspending Deportations

How do you say “gutsy call” in Spanish?

Mexico’s president is praising President Barack Obama for having the “courage” to limit the deportation of some young illegal immigrants living in the U.S.

President Felipe Calderon thanked Obama on behalf of the Mexican people for what he called a “valuable decision.”

Translation: Thanks pal, we didn’t want ‘em back anyway.

A “valuable decision”? Yeah — Valuable for Mexico in that they won’t have the extra burden, and valuable for Obama in that if things work out right he’ll have a lot of extra votes in November.

    I can't say I blame Mexico considering these kids have been indoctrinated in liberal public schools and universities.

    What is 5 million or 100 million extra votes in California going to do?

    Doug, you forgot one other thing… the money that goes back across the border. It's like we're paying Mexico for the privilege of hosting their citizens.

    Right, and those "Remittances" illegals send home get a thorough SKIMMING from Mexico's Ruling Class every step of the way. THAT is what KEEPS them in power…

    And make certain the conditions down there remain the same, which in turn leads to more illegal migration lather, rinse repeat!

    That gives me an idea. How about we add a 50% surcharge on money transfers to Mexico. We could claim it is needed to pay for services that Americans are no longer willing to pay for.

    Very excellent idea. Of course Libs will do backflips and Alan Colmes HEAD will esplode but hey, whatever? Then we'll tell them THEY can be in charge of it and dub it something only a repressive could love.

    Just great seeing conservatives finally getting their feet under them. Did a golf outing w/ the SIL's yesterday and it was wonderful to hear all the breakthroughs, realizations and resolve from these guys!

    For the most part the broader awareness that appeasement w/ your liberal friends, co-workers and neighbors gets you absolutely NOWHERE. I'm seeing more and more conserv's coming to that conclusion.

    We need to start putting together a support group for all those dems for after the election. Not only can we charge them for it, but we can introduce them to Conservatism….you know it is the only surefire way to cure liberalism.

    Alan`s head already looks like it`s worn out three bodies ! As tight as his skin is, it would be a really dry explosion; kinda anti-climactic !
