It’s absolutely impossible to spoof MSNBC’s reaction (Chris Matthews in particular) to Obama’s debate debacle because the parody was self-contained in the original, but SNL tried, with results almost as funny as the original, but not nearly over-the-top and embarrassing enough:

SECupp was wise to say little and just allow the enemy to self destruct. The "air-pump" was a cute touch.
Tingles melted well fer reelz and in skit, which I did see in re-run.
Madgel Madcow could have been madder.
I didn`t see the real reaction by Al the Charlatan, but the imitation version was quite colorful and left no bitter aftertaste AND could "out-compete" AlBore, the Goracle, on his most bizarre day of sciency explanation !

I haven`t been a fan of SNL since the days of Curain, Martin, Ackroid and a few others, but this current cast is turning out some quality crap ! I give `em 3 Rolls !

That was SNL??? Looks like the real MSLSD!!!!

And took a ride this afternoon – the Romney/Ryan signs were everywhere. First time I have seen them. Being in the hot seat of liberals I expected the Ozero signs out in full force but it is encouraging.

Had any right-leaning network done a parody like that ( particularly the characterization of Sharpton ) the Democratic Media Complex would be in full blown meltdown this entire week.

Granny, working for our precinct person, we can't GET enough R & R signs! Our committee person lives on what in '08 I can only describe as Obamamania Drive. THIS year, the few signs that are up try to be as inconspicuous as possible!

It's kind of hard to describe but the couching of the signs [on their property] seem almost apologetic? RIGHT up close to the house, at odd angles and against a backdrop as dark as they could find! Zero contrast and certainly not "busting out with pride!"

In the same fashion as when a wife tells the husband to get rid of that boat and hubby really doesn't WANT to so positions the sign hoping NO ONE will even notice it? Last cycle they were between the sidewalk and the street where you couldn't MISS 'em. Lackluster 'enthusiasm' to say the least.

Sure, with the obligatory screams of "RAAAAAACCCCIIIIIISSSSSSSTSSS !!!!!"

I`ve noticed fewer homes with dem signs in their yards too, but this past week, I drove by two yards that looked like the "dem candidate list" – every dem running for local/ state/ fed office. AND the owners were out in the yard at least pretending to be doing yardwork. Protecting their signs or actually proud to be ID`d as dems ?

Street intersections are common places to see the campaign mushrooms; they spring up overnight, changing almost daily – one day it`s all dems, then a mix and then all Rs, then a mix again.

It`s comical in a way, except that some will still be there when mowing season hits again next spring !

Probably wound up being the entire Dim lineup b/c multitudes of others outright declined. You try not to read too much into these things but OTOH you can't help but notice the stark contrasts from '08 O'mania.

Notice how "permanent FIXTURE" they all were and now I notice they're barely tapped in. They're SMALLER this go round for one thing and it looks like they shot their wad instead on internet advertising. That and the fact most of O's core support comes from people that will NEVER have a lawn.

Yes, I am noticing fewer O stickers and signs. The usual suspects have their sticker-covered Subarus and Priuses, but this go-round, they`re the generic dem stickers mostly, the circular blue arc over the red plowed field with 2012 in the center.

I`m seeing lots of Romney and Romney / Ryan stickers ……. on large SUVeys ! (got my stickers, now to put `em on mag-sheet)

And that is quite solid and seemingly successful man for no apparent reason loses peace, becoming frustrated, frightened and exhausted.

Half of the participants in the study received hot chocolate rich in antioxidant flavoring, while the other half drank hot chocolate low in antioxidants. There were no differences between the two groups in the results.
