At the 2nd presidential debate, President Obama defended his policies as best for the middle class, and Michelle Obama is on record as saying we’re in the midst of a huge recovery (pause for laughter).

You’ll notice that they never cite any actual evidence to support their claims (at least none that aren’t outright lies), because there aren’t any. Even that 7.8 percent “drop” in unemployment was bogus.

Here’s some evidence about how Obama has made the middle dependency class stronger:

Welfare spending has grown substantially over the past four years, reaching $746 billion in 2011 — or more than Social Security, basic defense spending or any other single chunk of the federal government — according to a new memo by the Congressional Research Service.

The steady rise in welfare spending, which covers more than 80 programs primarily designed to help low-income Americans, got a big boost from the 2009 stimulus and has grown, albeit somewhat more slowly, in 2010 and 2011. One reason is that more people are qualifying in the weak economy, but the federal government also has broadened eligibility so that more people qualify for programs.

Sen. Jeff Sessions, the ranking Republican on the Senate Budget Committee, who requested the Congressional Research Service report, said it underscores a fundamental shift in welfare, moving away from a Band-Aid and toward a more permanent crutch.
[...]
Overall, welfare spending as measured by obligations has grown from $563 billion in fiscal 2008 to $746 billion in fiscal 2011, or a jump of 32 percent.

On top of this Obama will use this dependence as an excuse for why we need to double down on “green job” creation so people trapped in the Obama economy can have somewhere to work and get boosted into the middle class for six months or so until the place goes bankrupt.

Barack Obama: “Focusing your life solely on making a buck shows a poverty of ambition. It asks too little of yourself. And it will leave you unfulfilled.”

So, what will leave you fulfilled? Complete immersion in the welfare state. Fortunately President Obama has been there to force the focus away from making a buck to being given a quarter. He knows the dastardly “poverty of ambition” goes away when people are put into actual poverty and introduced into a cycle of dependency so they can be made to believe they cannot survive without the likes of Barack Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and the rest.

It’s not right. It’s just plain inhumane. And on November 6th a real change has to be initiated.

Another huge jump was the 18% jump in violent crime. The biggest jump in 20 years:

    Nation’s Most Controversial Filmmaker Releases
    Scathing Satire as Election Nears

“The Most Controversial Film of the Year” -NBC News
Now available on Netflix, iTunes and DVD
    VOD on December 4, 2012

New York: Kenneth Del Vecchio’s O.B.A.M. NUDE – the first-ever fictional movie about Barack Obama – is now available on Netfilx, iTunes, and DVD everywhere. This lightening rod film, released by Screen Media Films and Universal, will be available on VOD beginning December 4, 2012.

O.B.A.M. NUDE is the first and ONLY satire about Barack Obama, which NBC News called “The Most Controversial Film of the Year.” The President definitely doesn’t want audiences watching this scathing, humorous Faustian tale—especially in light of the coming election. The movie’s inflammatory premise: O.B.A.M. (Kenneth Del Vecchio), a loner at Occidental College in 1981, snorts cocaine and smokes weed, secretly hoping to become someone important. His dream comes true when Satan (Andrew Gause) appears, promising him a meteoric rise to the United States presidency. With the help of Satan and Earth-ally “The Righteous Reverend”, O.B.A.M. rants a mantra of “hope and change” and transforms the world’s greatest democracy into a communist fiefdom. He becomes the Anti-Christ leader he wished for, but any deal with the devil comes with a heavy price.…Kenneth Del Vecchio – a Renaissance Man filmmaker/author/former judge who has brazenly produced one controversial, star-filled film after another – not only took heat from his Hollywood friends for producing O.B.A.M NUDE, but resigned from his judgeship to protect free speech rights associated with the film’s content.

Our local issues incl. MOMS (Marks On Most Surfaces), a tagging, graffiti club that has gone WILD; a surge in DUI cases on weekends; violent home invasions; arsons; drug-related shootings and other robberies incl. a doubling of bank robberies.

    Wait, wait ……… you`re serious aren`t you ?!

  5. SignPainterGuy on October 18th, 2012 3:30 pm

During the 2nd debate, Barry kept up with the sew-shall-ist / kommyoonist BS schpiel schtick, I almost expected to hear, "The beatings will continue until morale improves" !

It was clear that Oblamer has nothing but more of the same to offer, of course at a much accelerated rate !

  6. Truesoldier__ on October 18th, 2012 3:33 pm

Same here for the most part. When it comes to drug violence we have shoot outs in the streets between thieves and medical marijuana houses.

  7. Truesoldier__ on October 18th, 2012 3:36 pm

It appears the voters are starting to realize that as well. Gallup has Romeny up 52% to 45% now and Romney has moved up 11% points in WI to make the race there a statistical tie. Not to mention MI and Ohio are also statistical ties as well.

  8. SignPainterGuy on October 18th, 2012 3:42 pm

I watched a new cop show, like "Alaska State Troopers" but in Cali. The troopers busted these Mexicans for illegal border crossing and growing pot on gummit land and in the next scene, stopped 2 guys speeding pulling a trailer. In the trailer; about 50 potted pot plants (for personal use – had permit). In the car in the console; a sack o weed and a pipe. Since the guys weren`t buzzed, the trooper let them go, saying, "It`s California" !

  9. SignPainterGuy on October 18th, 2012 3:54 pm

I can`t remember where I saw it, but an article said Obama / DNC has pulled out of several states, incl. NC, VA, FL and 3 or 4 others. Heh !

  10. Truesoldier__ on October 18th, 2012 3:55 pm

The laregest pot bust in WA ST history went without any prosecutions due to a technicality. The State Patrol picked up 2 illegals involved in the pot field. The troopers did not speak Spanish so they requested an interpreter. It took a few hours for one to get there. When the arraignment occured, the lawyer for the 2 illegals claimed their rights were violate, because it took too long for an interpreter to get there and explain to the 2 illegals what they were being stopped for. The judge bought the argument and dismissed the case.

  11. Truesoldier__ on October 18th, 2012 4:07 pm

Yep I saw that one as well. It also said that Team Obama is calling OH, IA, NH, and NV their "firewall" states. With OH and NH statistically a tie that is not good news for Obama.

  12. SignPainterGuy on October 18th, 2012 4:07 pm

Does the judge have a ponytail ? It would explain a lot !

  13. SignPainterGuy on October 18th, 2012 4:15 pm

Someone at MM`s yesterday commented on the firewall subject and HI having a huge Mormon pop. Posited that Obama shouldn`t count on HI being any slam dunk (heavily paraphrased).

Someone else mentioned that even Cali "could" go R. I`d say maybe for pres. but not likely down ballot !

  14. Truesoldier__ on October 18th, 2012 4:32 pm

I doubt CA would go R. I did see where the Senate race in HI has started to tighten. Would be nice if we could pull off not just a Senate win, but a larger Senate win.

  15. SignPainterGuy on October 18th, 2012 4:47 pm

I`m still praying for an even bigger route than Reagan`s; ALL 60 states and PR ! ;-)

If one would take a look at the Great Social Experiment that Pres. Johnson imposed on the City of Detroit in the 60's and see what Detroit looks like now – well that is what another four years of Ozero is gonna look like. Ray Lahood was there this week touting his light rail rip off – saying it would save Detroit. Nothing is going to save Detroit. Long lost cause.

The former mayor is on trial with the feds right now for corruption. But the most eye opening part of the proceedings is the ease with which taxpayer money is squandered and pilfered. And the sleezy players in the private sector who play the game for graft to get govt. contracts. It is really disgusting.
