CBS Affiliate in Phoenix Calls it for Obama

This appeared on the screen Friday on KPHO in Phoenix, Arizona:

It’s over… don’t bother to go to the polls. And over 30 million of Obama’s total votes came from just Chicago.

I wonder who got the other 17 percent of the vote?

    That station must have been some of the people that Jimmy Kimble asked who won the last debate 4 hours before it aired and answered that Obama did without a doubt.

    That`s just the Keynesian "pump priming". By the time the election has passed, the votes have been counted, recalls are demanded and lost votes have been found in multiple car trunks, Obama will have 483, 927,276 votes to Romney`s 39,214,314.

    Totally gotten out of hand. We're treating it as casually as "Would you like $3 of your Tax Refund to go to the President's Re-election campaign?" on your 1040 Form. You know, even though it's like THREE years away!

    Why would any production/studio manager have this or any other campaign graphic already pre-loaded..?

    Was this supposed to have some sort of subliminal effect on voters? Have there been sightings of this or similar pop-up graphics spotted by other viewers in… uh SWING states maybe?

    Of course it's all just another 'coincidence' in Obamaland. Natch the 'glitch' would never show a GOP candidate leading? Seriously; his campaign needs to get a stern warning on this. The power of the media cannot go unchecked. At some point this should even actually DISQUALIFY Him.

    Agreed. If it is too much trouble to go to the polls to vote then perhaps you shouldn't be voting as it is too much trouble for those same people to pay attention.

    Just like it always gets me how many renters will vote for a levy because it raises property taxes and won't affect them seeing as they don't own property. Then complain when their rent goes up.

    Considering that he has been caught accepting illegal foreign donations again; yet the media is just yawning about it I doubt we will see any consequences other than the American public voting against this moron.

    If the graphic had been in favor of the GOP you know the calls of proof of voter fraud would be in full swing by now.

    Precisely why we frame 'coincidence' right? Wish Doug would weigh in when he has time but I assumed these spot graphix were generated *as* election results are coming in. Not pre-made like Round Cards in a boxing match?

    The station needs to be pressed for an explanation. And the fact this took place during the Peep's Court, it tells what KIND of voter they're attempting to influence. Just shameless.

    First I've heard. There's times when I can get behind what DT says but the longer I've been an MM reader, the less impressed w/ the guy I've become. More sucking the life out of the news cycle and his development "public/private partnerships" all the while claiming to be an advocate for the 'private' sector!

    If he's GOT something, it has to be devastating. Otherwise, yawn.

    I've been looking to see if their is a premiere of the apprentice or some other Trump related show coming upto see if this is just a publicity stunt on his part, but haven't found anything as of yet.

    This is what is wrong with politics – if you have something reveal it or shut up. I hate all this crap about October surprises. Supposedly, Gloria Alrede is going to drop a bombshell about a Romney affair/abortion story too. This is just the worst part of politics. It discourages good people from serving.

    Hopefully that is all it is – for attention. But it could backfire if it is something cheesy or half witted that cannot be proven. Could turn off Romney voters or fence sitters. Don't like it one bit. Liberals pull this crap all the time. It should be beneath us as conservatives. I know you have to fight back but sometimes sensationalism can backfire on us – the liberal press has proven than time and again. The MSM can take Trump's bombshell and run with it and completely turn this around. Beware of wolves in sheeps clothing!!!!!

    So true. We have F & F, Gunwalker, Solyndra to the 3rd Power and countless other scandals. Dredging up something at this late stage would likely, as you imply, only serve to aggravate and distract voters.

    As MM has pointed out many times, Trump's no conservative. I'm still waiting for John Cusack's "more to follow!" tweet. That was 4 mos. ago…
