Video: Kids Sing About What Failed D-Bags Their Parents are if They Vote for Romney or Something

The latest creepy “brainwashed kids singing” video is out. The “get out and vote” video, produced by the Goodby Silverstein & Partners ad agency (of “Got Milk?” fame), smacks of “Mmm Mmm Mmm” except with slicker production values and laced with doom and gloom instead of the “Dear Leader will save us” hypnotic optimism of 2008.

At no point are Obama or Romney mentioned by name, but gee, I wonder which way the people who produced this lean:

Kids coaxed into collective song like indoctrinated North Korean zombies are warning against the U.S. getting dumbed down?

It’s almost as if somebody forgot to tell those kids that they already owe over $16 trillion and it’s going up fast thanks to the people who are using them for crap like this.

    This is the result of the village that Hillary wanted to get the kids “raised properly” last century. Looks like she finally brought it to pass, if only on a small scale so far.

    Right, we were the ones 'cheerleading' crooked realtwhores, ex-con "mortgage brokers", Bought & PAID For appraisewhores, debt-addicted/sophisticated borrowers ( like Trump ) rating agencies that could only find their Triple AAA! stamp and a Tax Code that rewards DEBT and PUNISHES frugal investors and savers all along…

    That's one of the reasons I like the Fair Tax.

    Savings and Investment should be encouraged, and wanton spending discouraged.

    On the "Beat me to it", I'll take that as a compliment that great minds thinking alike.

    People below a certain age have only known a tax system where the only int. that can be deducted is 1st, 2nd and even THIRD mortgages..! Recall previously, filers were permitted to deduct credit cards, store cards, auto loans ( 1, 2 and 3 ) simply by Itemizing!

    While this DID encourage overall indebtedness, it made certain that your debt issues remained YOUR DEBT ISSUES! By "Privatizing profits ( and Socializing RISK! )" and moral hazards beyond imagination, tying consumer debt -to- their primary residence *assured* the mess we're presently in.

    I wish I`d saved the letter I had back in the `90s for parents to give to their ingrate teenagers. It said basically that since the kids were so smart, knew so much more than their parents, had all the answers, didn`t seem to need their parents, they could just pack up and move out into the world and prove it !

    I WROTE that letter! Nah.., but I've seen it. The vid is classic Lib-projection. Take a random status quo, trump up all the negatives then AFFIX them to the nearest unsuspecting Conservative..!

    It's like Pin The Tail On The Elephant only without a blindfold. Everyone's a winner! "Find a park that is still open". Really? Let's not talk about the Parks & Recreation adminstratwhore that's knockin' down solid 6-fig's, unreachable, unaccountable to the taxpayers track record and unsustainable insanely generous pension..?

    Ahem, along w/ those ever swelling proprty 'values' we were so busy flattering ourselves with, came uh… ever swelling property TAXES.

    Local and State Gov's looked at how much real estate prices were going up each year ( on uh… 'average' ) and built a government apparatus of commensurate size~! That way, ya' know they could "be ahead of the game?"

    Hate to get caught w/ our PANTS down!? So they went out and hired. And Hired. And HIRED. Bought vehicles OTA, new computers ( old ones didn't match the updated, rennovated 'style' ) Of course in the State System no one wants to be the bearer of bad news so they kept the surplus hires until they were FORCED to let them go…

    I this is much more diabolical than know-it-all teenagers.

    This is the federal government, if not teaching, then APPROVING OF the teaching, of pre-teen children to disregard and disrespect their parents who have been trying to train them.

    In this case parents who hold politically conservative views. Views that the children know nothing about and are too young to mentally and/or emotionally process, recognize, or understand.

    All the children will take away from this is: It’s OK to disobey, disrespect and put blame on their parents for things.

    It’s like, after all the parents training, Zero’s government tells the children that it’s OK to get in the van with the stranger and pet the kitty.

    Spot on ! Remember just a few years ago, AlBore "The Goracle" spoke in schools about GW and such, reminded them that "You know things …." that your parents don`t and actually told them, with the help of dems, "If your parents disagree with what we tell you, ignore them and believe us" !

    For an evaluator to get a real idea of your RE value, S/he must come inside and look around, but that`s not desirable, so they look from their car, maybe take pix, perhaps walk around the house outside, compare your house to others and BOOM, you have your value and tax bill.

    If you want to sell your house, you want the value high, but come tax time, you want it as low as possible, so I keep the yard mowed and clean, but this boy doesn`t plant flowers and bushes and make exterior improvements to give the evaluator the idea that the inside is ALSO being improved and therefore, MORE VALUABLE !

    The same wedge radicals used during Viet Nam to drive between altogether too willing and susceptible teens and their more conservative ( WW II era ) parents. Your folks don't know JACK and "this war is 'different' this time!"

    Exaclty. If you were to see the inside of my home you would be surprised when you compare it to the outside. Outside it looks like an average home in the neighborhood. Inside it has a custom kitchen and living room. Upgraded bedrooms and we are looking at upgrading the bathrooms next year while labor costs are still competitive.

    Over the years, I've known a number of really good RE Appraisers. But the truth is, when The Boom came they found themselves painted into the corner of pencil whooping the report "to hit the number and make the re-fi/sale 'work' " or risk being blackballed, the good ones retired and the "flexible" ones got all the files..!

    The Peter Principle, applied. This is why the whole O'Drama lazuh-like focus on "Wall Street" was so misapplied. It was the realtwhores and appraiswhores ( that increasingly just "Zillowed" for closings that should have borne the brunt of the regulatory rath!

    To date, not (1) thing in their shifty, underhanded business practices has changed. It's biz as usual and now they're makin' commissions off selling the foreclosures THEY created!

    I just saw that Obama plans to create a new cabinet position if re-elected:

    The sh*tty thing is, we have learned since the Viet Nam "conflict" that it was never fought to be won, that LBJ WAS making a killing supplying const. equip. and that it was used by both sides of the political aisle !

    So in essence, Viet Nam WAS a different kind of war – the first real gorilla war, the first war fought on near-live TV and influenced by the media ! Every war since then has been.
