President Obama has been featured in the White House’s commemorations of Rosa Parks and Neil Armstrong, so why not in remembrance of the Pearl Harbor attack?

The White House tweeted this photo today to honor the “date which will live in infamy” 71 years ago:

We shake our heads and maybe laugh, but those guys won re-election last month in part because of a shameless but unwavering adherence to the advice of Blake from Glengarry Glen Ross:

I guess they couldn't find a picture of him at a Shinto temple.

    NOW it`s "infamous" enough !

Had Japan or any other determined, well-equipped nation attacked us Pearl Harbor fashion during pRes. Double Downgrade`s first term, I can see him bowing to the Emperor / King / Pres. / Emir / Mufti within days to discuss how we can pay them to stop their attacks. Of course he would be wearing a body brace to keep him out of the fetal position !

There may be another reason that he made sure he was in the picture. Remember his vacation is in Hawaii. If he gets a bunch of pics of him and the family in Hawaii he could try to claim the whole trip is part of his official function as President and stick the taxpayers with the entire tab.

Of course they realized they could get the same (and possibly more) out of Obama by not attacking. By not attacking they are still getting appeased without the fear of awaking the American public.

And paid and supplied and their evil nature is disguised by Teh Won Again ! And THEY get to laugh at Teh Smartest pRes. Evah !

If they played the gong to rap music, he`d be right there !

You mean we don`t anyway ? Yeah, he`s good about coordinating biz with pleasure at our expense !

I do this on American holidays:

Go to bing.com, then go to google.com

You'll see why I never use google.

    This will work until midnight.

Obama, the Japanese Emperor, Hitler, and Mussolini. What a beer summit that would have been!

The photo op of Obama and Mussolini would have been priceless!

They`d have fallen over backward trying to out "high-chin" each other !

Sorry, Doug… I shake my head and cry, like when I lost someone I loved when they went and cheated on me with the maggot infested town drunk, as America did with the Progressives.

Fortunately, you weren`t left with a permanent viral reminder of her infidelity !

Bing is downright interesting, reverent, patriotic, timely.

    Google is blank today.

    Yahoo is too.

    I like Bing.

When I turn on the news, I do.

yep… sold the Yahoo stock after 7/4/12, and don't really care to own them anymore.

    Yes they would.

It's unreal. Wanted to catch the Stones w/ Muddy Waters on OPB and the self-promo commercial spot just prior had the usual; How Life As We Know It Would End ( it it weren't for public broadcasting you ungrateful schmucks! ) spot and…

in the midst of beautiful S. Oregon footage_____, there's an almost subliminal shot of Obeyme confidently swagga' off Marine 1 onto the WH lawn! Then BACK to the nature footage. Um… I'm calling to complain. Are our tax dollars to be used for subliminal messaging for the NEXT four years as well?

If anyon else has seen this, please advise.

Sounds like you could use a little perspective.

..and today, Google as nothing and Bing has a beautiful picture of 8 candles lit for our (at least my) Jewish friends, as Hanukkah starts tonight, December 8.

  21. jeffythequick on December 8th, 2012 3:40 pm

They've been doing this for 43 years.

  22. SignPainterGuy on December 8th, 2012 4:45 pm

I saw that earlier; quite beatimous !

Bing`s homepage could be a destination point with all the photos, vids and info in many directions. You can spend all day following their links.

  23. jeffythequick on December 8th, 2012 7:32 pm

They may do that for that particular reason…

(said from someone that would open an encyclopedia and just read for hours)
