Before the identities of the Boston Marathon bombers were know, NPR’s Counterterrorism Correspondent Dina Temple Raston did a little speculating:

Did you know that Hitler’s birthday is “big” for the right? I for one stopped celebrating it the day the candles on the cake accidentally set ablaze the mustache on the likeness of der F├╝hrer and burned my barn down

I’m so happy our tax dollars subsidize this crap.

Oh, and how long will it be before NPR is giving a platform to this whifflehippie?

Klebold and Dylan are big in conservative circles too. WTF? And yet it came out of her mouth with such ease…

Whatever the infraction, don't look for NPR to be held accountable. It took 20 mins. worth of augering down into their website to find a dead letter office phone number after their tasteless character assassination of MM on "Wait.., don't tell me!"

As a taxpayer, if you've left them your phone number, NAME and email address along w/ a coherent, detailed explanation of your complaint, You.Deserve.A.Call.BACK. Period.

But increasingly there's a pattern amongst public agencies where they've been given license to feel free to ignore us. Even those of the Left can't reach them w/ praise. They're simply unaccountable and inaccessible.

Adolf was the leader of the National Socialist Party. Hardly an American Conservative loved organization, in name and practice.

Adolf was the leader of the National Sew Shall Ist Party in Germany. Hardly loved by American Conservatives in theory or practice.

Repeated, due to Doug's comment chewer.

    Urp !

As Jeffy pointed out, Hitler headed up a SOC-IAL-IST party, not any kind of conservative party, so why do lefties try to connect us TO him ?

You may see swastikas at Tea Party gatherings, but they will have a red circle and slash thru them. It`s Occupiers who wave the Nazi flag and symbols with pride !

The left is MIRED in stupid !

  7. jeffythequick on April 22nd, 2013 3:49 pm

That, or they're from the rent-a-mob crowd, and you can tell how the Tea Partiers feel about them by their ostracization from the others there.

The other way to tell is the "I need a shower" t-shirt smell is 8 days aged.

A lie first told is difficult to do, but becomes easier over time.

  9. Marshall_Will on April 22nd, 2013 4:16 pm

Guys, where NPR is concerned there's little or no difference between ex-con Aryan B'hood mbrs. covered in swastika tats and suburban dads that sign their son up for Boyscouts and happen to vote conservative on most issues?

It's an all-or-nothing deal w/ them and if you're not 100% in the tank w/ the Prog agenda every day is open season. It used to be 'funny' when co-workers and neighbors identified NPR as their "primary source for news". ( Now it's just SCARY )

  10. Marshall_Will on April 22nd, 2013 4:27 pm

OT but lots of fun, for some reason, in her haste to get down to the base, Mrs. W threw an old VCR and handful of tapes in the trunk for 'entertainment' while stuck in an apt. w/ basically (4) walls.

One of the tapes was Clint Eastwood's "Any Which Way But Loose". I'd never actually seen it back in the late 70's when it originally came out, thinking a guy, an 'ape'? Come ON? It just sounded silly.

To be honest, it really is! But the mother lode is in viewing how much attitudes and values have changed in America since 1978. There's no WAY an actor in the prime of his career [today] would want his name associated w/ anything so un-PC! You'd have everything from the ASPCA to NOW demanding it be boycotted..!?

As is the case w/ NPR, any actor/comedian from the Left is perfectly free to be as crude and non-PC as they deem necessary but Conservatives have/HAD to remain within the 'profile' created for us BY them. So when they insinuate MM & family serve dog for dinner ( blatant put down of Filipino culture I've grown REALLY tired of ) they're being 'edgy'….

  11. jeffythequick on April 22nd, 2013 4:30 pm

    One thing I've always wondered:

Why is it the Philippines, but when talking about the culture, it's Filipino? Why drop the Ph and go for phonetics?

  12. Marshall_Will on April 22nd, 2013 4:52 pm

Named after King Phillip didn't end the practice of spelling everything in Tagalog phonetically. ( I lived there for years ) If a letter is 'there', you pronounce it..! They invert the use of f & p, as well as b & v.

The Visayan Islands is pronounced BIZ-sigh-yun. It'll drive you crazy. ISTR one time MM was on Fox and perhaps didn't realize she was still on air and her native speaking voice came thru w/ fairly thick Pinoy annunciation. She may have grown up here, but we don't pick our parents?

Mrs. Will is no different. When she's at work she answers the phone and interacts w/ co-workers in perfect, sterlized English. THAT is b/c she's on the clock. But it IS an effort! By the time she gets home, faking/covering has become so exhausting we usually speak "Taglish" around the house. It's part of an assimilation many others don't BOTHER with?

  13. ChapBix on April 22nd, 2013 9:45 pm

Klebold and Dylan. Ah, yes, such nostalgia … for the left. Why else bring them up?

  14. SignPainterGuy on April 22nd, 2013 11:49 pm

    No kidding !

Shortly after Katrina, my buddy who hadn`t yet converted to the light side was ranting about Bush`s failures concerning the storm response n stuff. I reminded him about Bush declaring the entire coast in a state of emergency while it was still over FL, that Ray Nagin had refused to let people use the buses and he and Gov. What`s Her Name had sat on their hands for days afterward not allowing relief agencies to enter LA. He says, "What ? I didn`t know that !"

I said, "NPR is fine for your blue grass music, but for news, they`re lying to you or leaving out a lot !" He believes me now !

I missed out on so much furen language fun having been in America for so many generations.

My Maternal Grand Mother though spoke some strange form of the Queen`s English. Berea came out Breer and Bertha was Berthy. Pork was somehow porick; never did figure that out ! His and hers were his`n and her`n.

She did allow a TV in the house and had two pressure cookers, and used them ! She always cooked beets in a huge one outside on a wood fire. It exploded moments after I waked past it. There were beets in the trees and all over the yard. It was my city dwelling Paternal GM who was the modern appliance phobe !

The important is justice for those innocent victims of that tragedy. I’m just glad that they have the identity of the bomber.

NPR’s Dina Temple Raston may have intentionally omitted a key word from her sentence; 'The IMPAIRED thinking ……'

Army plays a vital role in the defense of every country, this service also plays a vital role in writing essays so, you should use it, army works as the back bone in defense and do a lot against the terrorist.
