Democrats are working hard to try and undermine the Benghazi whistleblowers, especially Greg Hicks. The problem for the Dems is that the men have impressive credentials, no history of lying, and now this:

A key Benghazi whistle-blower who has allegedly been punished for speaking out against the administration is a registered Democrat who voted for both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

The lawyer of Gregory Hicks, the former U.S. deputy chief of mission in Libya who testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Wednesday, confirmed the information to The Daily Caller on Saturday.

According to the lawyer, Victoria Toensing, Hicks voted for Clinton during the 2008 primary, and for then-Illinois Sen. Obama in the 2008 general election. He again voted for Obama in 2012.

There goes the “partisan hack” angle.

Hicks now knows the people he voted for will not hesitate to try to destroy one of their own in the interest of self-preservation.

One "Oh, Sh*t !" cancels out many or even all "Atta boys !"

It`s a matter of "what have you done for me lately, or TODAY ?" that matters. There is no forgiveness for going against the agenda of the dems !

Greg Hicks must have had an awakening and hopefully he finally sees the light. I know it is hard to believe that the people he believed in would lie and cheat about what happened in Benghazi but I think the continued cover up is what probably got him thinking about how dishonest these people are.

It appears that even the press is starting to turn on dear leader with Benghazi ramping up and now the IRS scandal (rats jumping off a sinking ship perhaps?).

I saw that Joe Klein, over at Time, has now compared dear leaders IRS to Nixon's enemies list. This comparison is huge as it will also conjure up images of Nixon resigning over Watergate( which makes me wonder if Klein is sending a subtle hint to dear leader?).

And now Sen. Jim Inhofe is actually talking about the hosue may vote for Impeachment:

He points out that he doubts the Sneate would vote for conviction, but I think that could really backfire on the Sen Dems. If the Sen Dems wont vote for impeachment after it has been proven that their is a cover up then that could go a long way towards their defeat in 2014 midterm election.

There is nothing worse than having to come to terms with the fact that people you believed in and trusted have betrayed you completly. This relvelation is why Hicks has been such a powerful witness.

  5. Truesoldier__ on May 13th, 2013 1:26 pm

I think the same could be said for the press. The press is starting to see dear leaders administration as spiraling out of control and they are starting to want to get off the ride before it crashes. If anything will bring down dear leader, it would be the press starting to actually do their job and report on the things that we Conservatives have been saying for years.

    Hoping and PRAYING !!!

O/T…Not sure if you have all heard about the "armed March on DC" that Adam Kokesh is tyring to organize for the 4th of July? I am very suspicious of this guy and his intentions. He has been putting on this air of being a Conservative, but if you look at him closely you will see he is the exact profile that Big Sis put forth as the type of "domestic terrorist" to worry about:

    1) He is a formere Marine who has self described himself as suffering from PTSD.
    2) He has made some really big "anti-government" statements
    3) He has admited to using drugs to cope
    4) He has an axe to grind with the government and even a failed Congressional campaign

  8. Truesoldier__ on May 13th, 2013 1:39 pm

Now he is calling on an armed march to the captial, which would lead him and his marchers through D.C. (where open carry is illegal), the marches would be crossing over state lines with loaded weapons (could be considered illegal transport of firearms). This will lead to armed confrontation with local and federal law enforcement.

I would not be surprised if this whole thing is a set up. Think about it, you have a few plants in a crowd of people with loaded weapons. The confrontation occurs, the plants fire at law enforcement, who have no choice but to fire back, which leads dear leader to declare martial law (on the 4th of July).

It`s one thing for them to admit THEY were wrong, but it would no doubt stick in their craw to have to admit that WE were right, even as a de facto admission !!

That being said, one of the top CBS anchors DID say that they were getting to many of the top stories wrong ! Baby steps, I suppose !

  10. Truesoldier__ on May 13th, 2013 1:49 pm

We would all be happy if they just continue to admit they have been wrong and start getting things right. They can act as though they had an epiphany that no one else ever so it in this light (so as to discount Conservatives who have been saying it all along).

    Like you said baby steps.

The Washington Times has a great article. They expect that by Friday Bengahzi is going to explode. It looks like the CIA is where the whistleblowers are now going to be coming from and they are out for blood over dear leader trying to make them the scapegoat. It looks like Petreaus might be testifying as well and opening up the flood gates on everything.

  12. Truesoldier__ on May 13th, 2013 2:26 pm

And dear leader doubles down on Benghazi today:

And suddenly three days ago this gets spun up as if there's something new to the story," Obama said in response to a question about Benghazi. "There's no there there."

The president continued, "Keep in mind by the way these so-called talking points that were prepared for Susan Rice, five, six days after the event occurred, pretty much matched the assessments that I was receiving at that time in my presidential daily briefing."

  13. Truesoldier__ on May 13th, 2013 2:29 pm

And dear leader throws out the whole "the IRS is an independent agency" line again. He is vowing to get to the bottom this and hold those responsible accountable……Gee didin't he say the same thing about Benghazi?

  14. jeffythequick on May 13th, 2013 3:28 pm

But Petreaus is a no good cheatin' dog and how can you trust him?

They pre-dirtied him (at his own behest) as they have all kinds of dirt on everyone.

  15. Truesoldier__ on May 13th, 2013 4:57 pm

And now Bella Pelosi is blaming the IRS scandal on the Supreme Court's ruling on Citizens United. Basically she is saying that if the Supreme Court hadn't ruled the way they did then groups wouldn't have been able to participate so broadly in political activities; therefore the IRS would not have targeted them:

  16. SignPainterGuy on May 13th, 2013 5:19 pm

"pre-dirtied" ? Is that re the "Gen. Betray us" meme put out before he even returned TO give his report !? Or more recently ? I haven`t heard anything negative said about him lately; maybe I missed it ?

  17. SignPainterGuy on May 13th, 2013 5:28 pm

I linked to it this morning from MM`s place in the previous thread. Thanks for even more exposure; it should be spread far and wide !

WATCH OUT FOR ADAM KOKESH !! He`s a nut case !

And YES, this looks precisely like a set up to get honest 2nd Amendment supporters in deep dodo in DC. Martial Law declaration in DC perhaps, but nation wide (?), aahh, not enough justification for that yet, but you just can`t never always sometimes tell with this bunch !

I think he meant the affair breaking right before Petraeus was scheduled to testify.

I still think that they had threatened to leak the scandal if he testified, so he broke the news himself, but that may be wishful thinking on my part.

  19. Truesoldier__ on May 13th, 2013 5:36 pm

One of my neighbors is a former SF operator and he keyed me in on alot of the stuff about this guy. He had gotten the invite for the march and looked into it. He pointed out just how bad this guy is, his connections to OWS and the fact that until a few years ago this guy was still on the governemnt payroll.

  20. Truesoldier__ on May 13th, 2013 5:46 pm

As others have posted on the web, if we all think this targeting under the IRS is bad now, just wait till we have to report all our health information to the IRS under Obamacare.

  21. Granny55 on May 13th, 2013 5:50 pm

He could have answered both questions with one answer – It's all Boooooossscchhees fault.

  22. SignPainterGuy on May 13th, 2013 10:09 pm

Ya know, I`d forgotten about the affair.
