“There’s no ‘there’ there” is the new “pay no attention to the man behind the curtain”:

Well, there’s no “there” there now because people angry about an offensive YouTube video terrorists destroyed the place.

Obama today also called the Benghazi investigation a “sideshow.” It must be distracting from the IRS’s efforts to crack down on conservatives.

Politically speaking, being so dismissive about Benghazi criticism could backfire on Obama. He and his administration flat out lied to the country about the murder of four Americans, and even the MSM is starting to catch on — albeit very late. Of course, Obama knows he probably won’t face too much scrutiny because his administration can always count on family.

Let Obama tell this woman there’s no “there” there:

“I do want to say just one thing, though. I want to wish Hillary [Clinton] a happy Mother’s Day. She’s got her child. I don’t have mine because of her.”

O/T and Prayer Request for Zilla`s Mom ! She just had scans done and surgery is in her very near future. Zilla is understandably scared !

"..She’s got her child. I don’t have mine because of her."

That's going to leave a mark.
    Sad, but true.

The re-writing of history continues ! Barry says he and the WH were calling it terrorism 3 days after the fact, but were in fact stilling blaming the attacks on the video two weeks later at the UN and elsewhere, incl. in Pakistan !

Someone at MM`s said he hoped that Rs would not, but feared they would, say that we are not going after Barry and Shrillary, because it allows the left to set the narrative and weakens our cases against them.'' It has happened ! I saw it linked at Drudge this morning.

We should say, "Yes we ARE going after Barry and Hillary and about damn time, too !"

The more he tries to deflect and distract from Benghazi, the harder he will fall when the truth comes out.

I contacted my Rep today about supporting Rep Wolfe's select committee on Benghazi (H.R. 36). She was not one of the 139 other reps that have already signed on, but her staff told me she here phone and email has been overloaded with calls for her to sign onto the bill. There are nearly 2/3rds of the R's in the House that have signed on now and I am guessing that Weepy is starting to see that he cannot ignore the calls without fear of losing the speaker ship.

She is in our thoughts and prayers.

As for the IRS scandal, Just wait till we have to report our health information to the IRS……truly a chilling thought.

  7. SignPainterGuy on May 13th, 2013 5:57 pm

Fascinating that Barrywan would call the Benghazi investigation a distraction from the IRS probe, because the IRS revelation release was the WH`s attempt to distract us from the Benghazi probe !

It`s no longer enough to say, "Watch the other hand !" folks; we must watch BOTH hands, their feet, eyes and anything else they can wiggle, including the duplicitous words they utter !

They deserve Cat-o-Nine-Tails marks, IMHO, for starters !

    WOW!

Kermit the Baby Killer Convicted! http://www.breitbart.com/system/wire/DA68K3IO0

I hope there is justice for all the unnamed ones that he wasn't convicted of murdering. In that regard, I hope a suitable punishment is waterboarding every day for the rest of his life.

Isaa said he is not targeting Hillary or dear leader, but not in the way that NBC is making it out to be. From the sounds of it, Isaa was responding to this being a political witch hunt, in which he was saying that they are following the evidence where it goes, not coming to pre-conclusions to target Hillary or dear leader.

I hope that this is the case, but I can understand the skepticism.

Looks like a minimum of 3 life sentences all the way up to the death penalty for this POS.

  12. jeffythequick on May 13th, 2013 6:14 pm

Life sentence is in jail until you die.

I fear his second life sentence may be longer than he can bear. (immortality in prison).

One can only imagine what the 3rd life sentence will be like.

    I'm getting a bit suspicious…

Either the press is doing the rope-a-dope, and they are beating O up, so they can resurrect him later, around this time next year for the elections, or…

They're insulating him from further prosecution against these charges by bringing them out now, or..

    His days are numbered.

I must have been writing my post the same time as you on this one. It sure looks like dear leader may have stirred up a hornets nest with this one.

  19. Truesoldier__ on May 13th, 2013 7:43 pm

Oh this is just too much….

Carney contridicts dear leader over when the WH learned about the IRS scandal (via the blaze):

Carney said the IRS inspector general notified the White House counsel’s office during the week of April 22 that it was completing a review of the IRS office in Cincinnati that targeted conservative political groups for special examination.

Well, wait a minute: Didn’t President Obama say he was simply unaware of it until last Friday?

Remember, the president said during Monday’s joint press conference with U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron [emphasis added]: “I first learned about it from the same news reports that I think most people learned about this. I think it was on Friday.”

Huh. The White House was notified back in April but the president only found out last week. http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/05/13/white-

Things are unraveling faster each and every day.

  20. SignPainterGuy on May 13th, 2013 9:26 pm

Well, ya know the left is gonna charge the right of racism and engaging in a war on women, no matter what, but I agree with your assessment of Issa`s rebuttal. I just wish he had not said the words, "We are not going after them …".

  21. SignPainterGuy on May 13th, 2013 9:29 pm

Good for you and her ! Glad to see an overwhelming majority forming and Weepy with no escape !

  22. SignPainterGuy on May 13th, 2013 9:44 pm

Hmmm, did Carney miss the memo, did someone mis-program TOTUS or has Jay finally decided to chuck this, Farley !?

    "There is no there there."

Ya hey? Wellll…. Once again that'd depend on what your definition of is is. Methinks there IS there here and there and everywhere – so beware, Barry!

  26. Truesoldier__ on May 14th, 2013 12:28 pm

I agree. In this day and age, perception is as powerful as meaning.

  27. Truesoldier__ on May 14th, 2013 12:33 pm

And the IRS 'apology' was a distraction in itself. That was a blatant attempt to try to persuade the media that it was a few low level employees acting on their own, which of course is far from what the IG report will show. Dear leader was hoping the media would say ok they apologized let's move on…

Of course it didn't help that it was discovered that the DoJ had gone after the AP's phone records which the AP is saying has seriously cramped their ability to gather sources as no one trusts that they are anonoymous now. This is leading other news agencies to realize that no one is safe from targeting by dear leader 9even if you toe the line 90% of the time).

  28. Truesoldier__ on May 14th, 2013 12:34 pm

BTW….this week is the 40th anniversary of the Watergate hearings….

  29. Truesoldier__ on May 14th, 2013 12:37 pm

Oh this one is going to sting….The Chicago Tribune has an article by Cal Thomas today titled: Benghazi, IRS: Son of Watergate?

    It starts out like this:

In his defense of President Obama, Press Secretary Jay Carney is beginning to sound a lot like Ronald Zeigler, Richard Nixon's spokesman. Carney only has to use the word "inoperative," as Ziegler did when incriminating evidence surfaced that proved his previous statements untrue.

Glenn Beck said today (Tue.) that were refusing to come to AP or other news services / outlets because of no trust, but WERE coming to his Co. because they know he is telling the truth and not gonna trivialize / besmirch or otherwise attack them.

  31. SignPainterGuy on May 15th, 2013 2:00 am

I saw somewhere that he had negotiated for Life Sentences instead of the death penalty, but I didn`t see what he offered in trade.

  32. SignPainterGuy on May 15th, 2013 2:07 am

VERY interesting indeed ! "She is a liar" ! (The simple reason she was fired) Nothing has changed !
