Socialists, communists, anarchists, nihilists, and all manner of freeloaders have been whining lately about “economic violence.”

Here’s one example:

Not to be Captain Obvious, but apparently his presence is required: If housing is a human right and nobody should have to work to get one, WHO’S GOING TO BUILD THE F*#KING HOUSES!?!

Here’s a semi-dramatization of this post:

The ol' Progressive Meme Generator.., stuck on stoopid. Very positive sign they're bracing for a mid-term shellacking while clutching for the nearest, random "war on women"/Sandra Fluke/social justice traction device.

Evidently there simply aren't enough $75k a year Scour FB And Rat On Your Friends jobs to go around..? Speaking of bulk data mining, recently read even creditors are scanning now to ensure borrowers' behaviors reflect what they've submitted on the old app.

Anyone w/ a FB page they post spontaneous life 'events' on has GOT to be rock stoopid.

    OT but hey, it's a Sunday…

The sheer level of intrusiveness displayed by the IRS in the handling of "True The Vote"'s application as a 501c is not to be believed. The letter is very much custom tailored toward *them* and in no way the generic/gov. form letter/application you'd in any way expect. Nope, nothing 'political' THERE?

To top it off, they demanded their [endless] responses be snail-mailed as a fax or email simply would not be accepted. Good thing we dug the Panama CANAL otherwise we'd have to call the Pony Express?

No need to worry. Thanks to the new incentives put in place by Obamacare, employees will be held to less than 30 hours per week. Then they will have a lot more time to sit at home and wish they had some money to spend.

Right, plenty of time to put together that drum circle, novel ( they've already written in their HEAD ) or "something based of the works of Tesla" whilst huffing on hashish huh? Now they can truly be every bit as 'special' as their pubic education teachers TOLD them they were..!

To be honest, our workforce has been angling toward PT 'careers' for years. First in the "I'll be retired by the time I'd 35!" mania and then playing Musical Houses. Our national obsession w/ Easy Money (TM) is the very thing that's made us vulnerable to the soft occupation we currently find ourselves UNDER.

There are still great younger people in the U.S, some of which post here. But by and large, a lifelong dedication to a field or company ( read Evil Corporation ) is frankly an attribute that was ever INSTILLED in them.

Economic Violence is having to work 40 hours a week so that this moron can sit on her a$$ collecting a welfare check while posting these idiotic comments.

I never understood the whole "i'll be retired by 35" mentality. When I was first medically discharged from the Army I was out of work for a couple of months. By week 2 I was going stir crazy and had to find something, anything, productive to do.

To a degree, I understood it when that objective involved a) innovating an entirely new biz concept with a design toward "becoming the next Microsoft!" b) insightful and aggressive stock trading or c) other entrepreneurial pursuit:

The formation of Occupy only solidified dropping out of the workforce as a 'strategy' in a very public way when in fact, those under currents had been popular but unspoken values w/ hipsters for years.

This set had been gearing toward a down-sized/no brand lifestyle probably since the 90's. Job sharing, car pooling/public trans., limited hours, shared living 'arrangements'. The artist's life. But as O's media handlers have found out, what hipsters say they want and what they'll actively support, are (2) different THINGS.
