Drudge sums up what has become the entire Democratic Party platform:

As predictable as the sun coming up in the east and Nancy Pelosi saying something crazy:

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., repeatedly put the blame for the Veterans Affairs scandal on former President George W. Bush, while arguing that her party has worked hard for veterans in recent years.

Pelosi took a shot at Bush while saying that the scandal is a high priority for Obama. “He sees the ramifications of some seeds that were sown a long time ago, when you have two wars over a long period of time and many, many more, millions more veterans,” she told reporters during her Thursday press briefing. “And so, I know that he is upset about it.”

Let’s assume the problems started under Bush (they might actually go back even further) — why hasn’t the Obama administration done anything to fix it these past five-plus years? Probably because of something Bush did.

That's why don't make that facial expression.

Standard Lunacy (TM) aside, 'millions' of G.I's did NOT serve in Iraq? Not even CLOSE. Especially when you're talking about the minute fraction of actual Combat Veterans.

The entire system was so neglected and teetery (1) weekend motorcycle accident would've been enough to topple it. Get REAL Nan…

This excuse is thin and has worn through. Pelousi, WHAT exactly did you do during your tenure as Speaker to resolve this? Oh, that's right, you fought for passage of ObaomaScare which is a precursor to the mess that is in the VA. Thank you for helping expose all that is wrong with government run health care disservices.

Now that this doubt has been clear I am glad that we are about to see some changes that are meant to be useful for me. I have always been taking serious interest in these types of issues.
