Driving home from the dentist earlier I heard Rush mention this bit of predictable progressive hilarity that’s no doubt coming to the U.S. before too long (if it isn’t here already).

No, seriously, that’s not from The Onion — it’s a story from ABC Radio, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

This pullquote running with the article is progressive gold:

Remember, only by ensuring that our kids are helpless dipshit wards of the state can we truly have equality for the children!

Sounds like the author, Joel Gelonesi, is lashing out because mommy didn't love him enough.

Wait…wait for it! The "regressives" will declare that children from homes with loving parents to homes with less than desirable parents (trying to be charitable here) and children from homes the latter type of parents be sent to the homes of loving parents. Of course, "regressive" standards will be used to declare how to categorize parents. And if all else fails, the "regressives" will set up massive 24/7/365 child care centers for all children declaring them all to be wards of the state.

Rush went on to say that this ABC was a British radio broadcaster. Both pieces were from moonbat Brits.

Yeah, I've heard this cr@p ( in varying forms ) PLENTY over the 2 decades we raised 2, well read, athletic, articulate young ladies.

"Well of COURSE your daughters are well employed…, just LOOK at all the 'advantages' they had!" Suddenly you're a Rothschild. Evidently they [too] took PT telemarketing "jobs" to help pay for braces, basketball etc.

Incredibly, READING is about *the* cheapest thing you can DO with your kids! In fact, it's FREE. Totally baseless. As usual.

    Thinly veiled "white guilt".

Normally public service announcements to car commercials prominently feature every minority they can squeeze into your TV screen. Unless..?

Coming soon to your local public school via the teacher mafia. Don't think for a minute that they won't latch on to that screwy idea. It's only fair and after all it's for the children – blah, blah, blah, blah, blah…..
