At the National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service outside the U.S. Capitol today, President Obama said that America must “heal the rift” between police and the communities they serve.

Heal the rift?

Did President Barack “The cops acted stupidly” Obama really say that?

One thing’s for sure: If that “rift” is going to be smoothed over, the president who meets almost weekly with race agitator Al Sharpton and who oversees a Justice Department that never met a police department that wasn’t loaded with racists and isn’t afraid to say it publicly is not the person to lead the charge.

This announcement sounds rather ironic indeed. In my opinion, the gap between police and community is the necessary condition for the successful functioning of the officers.

Cops in America are out of control and have become nothing more than killers with badges.

    That's a lot of hogwash.

Do you go protest with 'black lives matter' for the 'gentle giant' that was shot for trying to beat a cop to death and get his gun?

Police are local, they answer to the people who pay taxes and hire them. That's the way it should be.
