Leno can’t tell jokes, Jackson can’t sing songs

Since the host of the Tonight Show, Jay Leno, is a potential witness in the Michael Jackson trial, the judge has hit him with a gag order, meaning he can’t talk about the case– On, or off the air. Instead, Leno and the producers have decided to have people fill in briefly to tell Leno’s Michael Jackson jokes.

I’m assuming the same gag order applies to Michael Jackson, which means that at his next concert, he’ll have to use a stand-in to sing “Beat it”, “The way you make me feel”, “Remember the time”, and “Don’t stop ’til you get enough”.
