Hillary helps highlight, and validate, Monday’s column: This summer’s most embarrassing senators

The United States Senate has become a full-blown embarrassment, and, for the column this week, I’ve chosen the 13 most embarrassing senators of the summer. I had to pick just one season, because the list rotates like a volleyball team throughout the year.

One specific instance, which isn’t in the column for reasons of space, is Hillary’s call for President Bush to spend more money to protect subways from terror attacks, saying he hasn’t done enough.

I’ll bet you a crate of stolen White House china that this will be an orchestrated effort on the part of Democrats for the next few weeks.

The Democrat strategy concerning terrorism is clear, embarrassingly obvious, and disgusting. Hillary Clinton, the woman whose eyes are as warm and inviting as a Blue Ice enema, is one of the leaders of shamelessness.

Democrats have fought Bush every step of the way, and now that a subway attack has been proven to be very likely, Dems are trying to set it up so that if there is an attack, it’s Bush’s fault for not doing more to protect people?

The problem is, it wouldn’t sell. Too many people know the truth, and when you’ve found the truth, you’ll notice that Hillary isn’t anywhere in sight.
