Obama Helps Demonstrate Difference Between a "Father" and a "Dad"

Barack Obama, who’s on the neverending campaign trail now, who had previously left his family in Chicago while he performed his Senate duties in Washington, is pressing men to be better fathers.

From the A.P.:

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said Friday that fathers have to share the responsibility for raising children and caring for families because their role doesn’t end at conception.

Obama then called home briefly before heading out to the next rally, far from home, on the two-year campaign trail.

“Where’s daddy?”

“He’s on the road promoting responsible fatherhood, dear.”
