Flat Out Groundswell

Yesterday, John McCain and Sarah Palin were here in Michigan and drew an overflow crowd exceeding 10,000. I understand though that a few dozen of those included people fleeing Detroit who got caught up in the moment. The more the merrier.

Check out the reception several thousand people gave Sarah Palin in Colorado Springs. Reactions like this for conservatives are… unheard of. It’s like seeing people crowd-surfing at the symphony. Talk about “change.” The best parts about huge crowds is that any potential shouts from a handful of Code Pink losers are swallowed up and turn to nothing where they belong.

Update: Palin on “baby conspiracy” freakazoids: “Do I have to show them my stretch marks?” Better not Sarah, because the kooklings would think they were in the shape of a swastika.
