More Problems for Weiner: The Weiner-Mobile is Unregistered

Anthony Weiner isn’t just an Internet sex aficionado, he’s also a plate-swapper:

When Weiner (D-Queens, Brooklyn) was photographed by the Daily News fleeing the Capitol in his Nissan Pathfinder, it was clear the July 2007 registration sticker in his window was expired, and there was no inspection sticker to be seen. Weiner, through a staffer, said the 1988 Nissan Pathfinder was registered in New York State.

Not so, said the state Department of Motor Vehicles.

The New York license plate bolted on Weiner’s Pathfinder – US Congress 9 – had expired as of 2006, according to the DMV.

“That license plate should not be on a car,” a DMV spokeswoman said. It wasn’t even issued to the Pathfinder, but to another one of Weiner’s cars, a Honda, according to vehicle records.

He hasn’t paid the proper registration fees in five years? Typical “taxes and fees for thee but not for me” liberal hypocrite. No wonder Charlie Rangel likes him so much.

Weiner’s having a bad enough month, so I won’t bother to talk about his stance on greenhouse gas emissions vs. his choice of vehicle.

Meanwhile, taxpayers continue to pay this guy almost $480 a day while he’s on leave for “treatment.”

Let’s sit in briefly on Weiner’s first “Dick Tweeters Anonymous” meeting:

“My name is Anthony…”

“Hi Anthony…”

“It has been five days since I last took a picture of my giggle stick and sent it to a young girl…”
